Each crown has coloured pattern outlines, coloured foil highlights, and comes with pre-punched holes to attach the included coloured fabric ribbon ties. Crowns measure approximately 38.5 x 13 cm and are packaged with 8 pre-cut pieces of ribbon all on a colouful backing in a re-sealable plastic sleeve with a hang tag.
