WHAT DELIVERY OPTION DO YOU OFFER?

  • AUSTRALIA Standard on orders $120 or more: FREE
  • AUSTRALIA Standard on under A$120 orders: $9.95
  • AUSTRALIA Express orders: $24.95

We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders of $120 and over within Australia. We offer a flat rate shipping of $9.95 for standard shipments under $120 Australia wide.

Delivery is made in 2-8 days within Australia, however please allow additional delivery time to Western Australia, Northern Territory, Far North Queensland & remote areas. 

Please also allow extra time for processing and for Australia post to deliver your parcel at busy times like Christmas and Easter.

Delivery times provided by A La Party are estimates only. A La Party will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. 

You can also choose our Express post option which offers Next business day delivery within the Australia Post Express Post delivery network and fastest possible delivery for other areas. Please note that order should be made before 12pm to ensure the fastes shipping. 

Sorry, no delivery to PO boxes.

 

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

RETURN:

We want you to be happy each and every time you shop with A La Party. If you are not 100% happy with any item received, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly offer a credit note (less shipping charges). 

Please choose carefully as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Credit note only be issued once we receive the returned item in its original, unused and unopened condition with original packaging and tags attached. We can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mailing service. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer. 

Please send us an email at hello@alaparty.com.au prior to returning your purchase to get return/ exchange authority. Returning items without any notice in the suggested ways will not be accepted. Please allow 7 days for a credit note to be issued once the item is received. 

No refunds, credit notes or exchanges will be given on sale items.

FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEMS:

We take special care to ensure the high quality of our products so goods are inspected before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition, but in the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or is damaged in transit, please send us an email at hello@alaparty.com.au immediately to arrange a replacement. (Any faults found to have been caused through neglect or misuse, will instantly void this guarantee.)

Please note that we are unable to refund on items which have small variations in colour and pattern. 

We are unable to accept returns on items after 14 days.

 

CAN I PICK UP FROM THE STORE?

Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer the store pick up service as we are an online-only business.

 

HOW CAN I CHECK ORDER STATUS?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with order and tracking information.

 

I PUT IN THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. WHAT CAN YOU DO?

Unfortunately, not much. We are only responsible for shipping and handling charges on items that were sent incorrectly. If the item comes back to us, we will then issue a credit note for the goods less the original shipping fee and a return to sender fee of $20.

 

CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE ORDERS?

This causes delays and shipping errors. If you have placed multiple orders they will be shipped separately.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Usually, no. Depending on where your order is in our process we might be able to change your order. Contact us to request a change. Many orders leave our store within a few hours, so it is sometimes impossible to stop your order from shipping. In this case our customer service representative will assist you with a return request.

 

DO YOU HAVE EVERYTHING I'M ORDERING IN STOCK?

If you are able to buy it from A La party we have it in stock. If there are any unusual circumstances with your order we will contact you immediately, so please ensure you have given us your correct email and contact information.

 

CAN I CONTACT YOU BY PHONE?

We prefer you to email us for several reasons: firstly, email is more efficient and it frees up our busy team to pick and pack your order as quickly as possible. Secondly, email means that we have a full record of your query to refer to should we (or you) need to in future. Please use the contact form for all correspondence.

 

ABOUT PRIVACY & SECURITY

At A La Party, we take your privacy very seriously, that’s why we only gather information from you in order to conduct our business to give you the best possible customer service.  All correspondence may be collected and stored, particularly with regard to sales, including emails.  We will stop sending you information if you no longer wish to receive it. 

Your credit card information is never stored and has come through a secure means.  We use the latest Secure Sockets Technology (SSL) available to ensure your information is safe and secure.  It works by encrypting your information and prevents the information being accessed by an unauthorised party.
